WHITE & Rosé
Surrounded by the romantic atmosphere of “osterie” and wine bars along the little roads of Italian villages, it is tradition to drink a crisp and aromatic white wine, the “Bianco”. A perfect everyday drinking, famous for its food pairing capability and a great alternative to Pinot Grigio and White Zinfandel. Try it chilled with light fare and with your favorite medley salad.
We think it's safe to say that rosé has officially come (back) into its own. Once derided in "serious" wine circles as frivolous, today's rosés are taken seriously for what they are. Grifone Rosé is an easy-drinking example of what's happening with modern rosé - it's crisp and refreshing, and nicely fruity without being overly sweet.
